● We may conduct a questionnaire regarding your accommodations in order to prepare a report on the grant for the conference. We would appreciate your cooperation in this case. For those participants coming from far away, we would appreciate it if you could consider staying in Tsukuba City if possible.

● Receipts for participation and social gathering fees will be given at the time of registration on the conference.
If you need a receipt before the event, please contact the executive committee (plmet.event@gmail.com).
● The internet connection at the conference
University personnel, including faculty, researchers, and students, should register with Eduroam at their respective institutions in advance and connect via Eduroam on the day of the event. If you are a participant from a research institute or company where Eduroam is not available and need an internet connection, please contact the reception staff on the day of the event.
(The conference executive committee will not be able to answer questions regarding how to register on Eduroam. Please contact the relevant department of organization you belong to.)
To presenters
●Oral presentation: May 26th (Sunday) 9:00-14:45 (Please check the brief program for each speaker’s presentation number and presentation start time.)
Presentation time is 12 minutes, and Q&A time (including shift time) is 3 minutes (please be punctual).
Please use your own PC for presentation.
Only HDMI connections are available, so if you wish to connect using any other terminal, please prepare your own adapter (the spare PC installed at the venue is Windows).
If you want to check your presentation, please come to site on May 26th (Sunday) from 8:30 to 9:00, or check it during the break.
●Poster presentation: Saturday, May 25th (Please check the brief program for each speaker’s presentation number and presentation start time.)

Please fix your poster to a poster board with a width of 90cm x height of 180cm using thumbtacks. Please prepare portrait A0 size poster.
To session chairperson
●Chair list of oral presentation was uploaded.
● Please arrive at the presentation room 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Please have a preliminary brief meeting with the executive committee and staff (timekeeper, lighting staff, microphone staff).
● The chairperson’s seat is located at the front of the presentation room.
● We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring smooth operation so that all oral presentations are completed within the scheduled time.
The presentation time for oral presentations is 12 minutes, and the question and answer period (including shift time) is 3 minutes.
Please note that the 3 minute question and answer period includes time for shift shifts.
The venue staff will ring the bell at the 10th, 12th, and 15th minute. If there is a delay from the scheduled time, please adjust using the break time.
● If you are having trouble connecting to the computer, please try to connect by operating the computer together with the speaker.
If you are unable to connect, the executive committee members at the room will arrange for a spare computer.
● If you have any other problems, please consult with the executive committee members at the venue.
