Nihondaira Yume Terrace
Get blown away by the incredible 360° panoramic view overlooking Mt.Fuji and iconic spots including Suruga Bay, the deepest and most beautiful bay in Japan, Shimizu Port, Miho-no-Matsubara, Izu peninsula, Southern Alps, and more.

Kuno-zan Tosho-gu Shrine
A shrine worshiping Tokugawa Ieyasu, who unified Japan during the Warring States period. This shine is located at the summit of Mt. Kunozan about 200 meters above sea level. Also with the grave of Tokugawa Ieyasu, the shrine is a national treasure.

Wasabi Cultivation(Utsurogi)
The origin of Japanese wasabi cultivation is said to be from transplanting and cultivating the wasabi that was native to the Utsurogi area in the early Edo period. In front of "Utsurogi" where local products are sold, there is a monument "wasabi cultivation birthplace." At "Utsurogi", our specialty raw wasabi, Wasabizuke and buckwheat noodle are for sale.

Wasabi-zuke
Finely chopped wasabi stems that are pickled in sugar, salt and the leftover sediment from producing sake. Wasabi-zuke's unique blend of sweet and spicy is a great topping for freshly cooked white rice.

Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station
The key waystation on Japan's most revered mountain
Mt. Fuji attracts hikers and climbers from the world over, and most of them start their ascents at the 5th station, halfway up the mountain. If climbing Mt. Fuji to its summit doesn't fit into your travel schedule but you want to experience the atmosphere of this symbol of Japan, you can climb or drive to Fuji Subaru Line 5th Station for spectacular views.

Oshinohakkai
A beautiful collection of eight ponds are scattered around Oshino Hakkai, each with its very own story to tell Hakkai, or "Eight Seas," refers to the eight pools of water that are the main attraction at Oshino Hakkai. Bridges and pathways lead you around and over these tranquil ponds. The traditional thatched roof buildings, slowly spinning water wheels, and amazing view of Mt. Fuji all transport you to another era.
